How Soon should I book SB Bartending?

-As soon as possible. As soon as your venue is booked, we would love to start planning with you. Most of our dates fill up 12-18 months in advance. So, in short, the sooner, the better.

Is there an option for just bartender service?

-yes! We do provide just bartender service. The mixers packages and add-ons are just more options we offer to our clients.

What is required to “secure our Date”?

- To secure your date with us we require at 30% non-refundable deposit as well as the contract to be signed.

In the quote, we have an approximate guest number, is this adjusted in the final invoice?

-Yes. Your final invoice payment is due 14 days prior to your event. Therefore, the final head count is adjusted for your final invoice. this also give you time to make any changes or additions for your event.
